Come to the Annual Tree Lighting Festivities at the Windham Town Hall on Sunday, December 7 from 3 to 6 p.m. Santa will arrive by fire engine at 3 p.m. Maybe you will be the winner of WSCW’s exciting Children’s Raffle Basket created by Mary Rosenberg and Aileen Stearns.
